Description: Are you an animal lover, looking to enhance the lives of local in-need animals? Then join the CJ Acres Animal Rescue Farm "herd" and help improve the lives of rescued horses, dogs, cats, goats, pigs, and other farm animals!

As a volunteer, your experience will vary each time you're at the farm but will ALWAYS involve some direct animal contact including: training, feeding, grooming, health-care, or socialization. In addition, you'll assist in animal quarters' maintenance and grounds management.

This is a perfect way to pal around with a pig, hang with a horse, talk turkey with (what else) a turkey, or gab with a goat! You'll not find a more-interactive animal volunteering experience anywhere on the First Coast.

NOTE: All first-time volunteers will be required to attend a 15-minute Volunteer Orientation prior to any animal interactions. For this session, this orientation will occur from 10:30am - 10:45am. Each individual volunteer only needs to attend one orientation session. Once you've completed this fun and informative orientation, you'll immediately be able to interact with all of our animals!
